Maintain A Successful Airbnb

Try to keep all linen & towels the same color (Helpful when it comes to doing laundry stay away from colors that are likely to cause bleeding)
Have more than 2 sets of linen in case one gets ruined.
Jazz each bed with a throw blanket & a decorative pillow.
Duvet covers or triple sheeting method is the way to go!
Set out at least 2-3 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom.
Don't forget to purchase mattress protectors and pillow protectors for all beds.
Less is more, try to create a simple clutter free environment for guests.

Deep cleanings should be done at least twice a year
Have a separate area/storage closet for your cleaners.
Refreshments, water, coffee, wine, & welcome book is always a plus!
Let the guests know what's going on in the neighborhood (events, pizza menu, take out nearby)
